@mushi Yea... Not doing anything is probably worse than rinceing it out with rainwater... You could probably make the best on the fly desinfectant by, ironically, unzipping your fly. As for it getting hot. Yea your body has started to repair, The blood which travels past your wound gives off means and methods, and probably most importantly "cells" to promote celular regrowth, this is an action that does not happen all the time however, and because the body creates exess heat whenever it does ANYTHING... That is probably the reason why your finger feels hot when compared to the other one.
