@lunialsunlight Question- Is it okay to joke about death? To make light of it? For death is something with which we all have to deal, and not one of us has experienced it or imagined it. Death (as it is often perceived) is the ultimate form of decay and loss. It does not only mess up someone's life, but ends it. My point is not to convince you that rape jokes are okay- not at all. My purpose is to make you think. What is acceptable? To what extent can joking be a relief instead of a jeering cruelty?
