@ceruleanspark Me and my friends ( who do not have a lot of cards ) made our own "for fun" format. deck of 40 cards, 39 common, 1 uncommon creature who gets to go in the commander zone. We have not yet decided on a name, perhaps pauper-commander. Perhaps "Banana Republic"
