    @mushi hmm, thats sounds familiar, we here in Swizerland have also the same problem, a lot companys do it this way, they expect that you do something, and then they complain, if you do nothing, the complain anyway. Its a neverending story... But is there no office, where you can go, to complain about the Lab/Complany?
