Hi! My name is OJ Simpson and the Lawnmower Man. Any of y'all remember me? I rode with the RDN back before the beginning of the September of 1993. Before AOL usurped the NNTP and the BBS dwindled, all electronic messaging was delivered by the pony express. In the early hours, sometimes only on the weekends, but when long distance telephone rates were lower and the lines were less busy, desktop PCs would ring each other up and go to swapping. I wonder if there were desktop ponies running on any of them.
