    @critialcloudkicker Lets just say that IVs are what decides the initial stats before a Pokemon trains. Pokemon with perfect IVs have a much higher number overall in one stat than they would if their IVs were spread like they usually are. Dittos are really nice in the way that they easily get perfect IVs in one stat aka no extra wasted points, and because they breed with anything that's capable of breeding in the first place.
