    @rexneill1 Ah on tablet you'd need to install Firefox app and use that to browse the site, then you'd need to install adblock through Firefox, and finally you'd have to open up the adblock settings and set a custom filter. It's all free. If you use Android I might be able to help more.

    What would be easier than adblock on a tablet is if you simply installed Statusnet app for iPad or Mustard for Android, then connected to RDN through it, but you might have trouble accessing more than your personal timeline (ie. no public timeline).

    Lastly, you could just wait a day for the banner to disappear, since it sounds like it's only temporary.
