@snowcone Ah cool! Well then good guess. To put it simply, without DMing, I'll just answer by saying, yes, partly. It's a combination of turtles and the fact that we are cared for by higher powers and not simply a single power. In other words, I think (not sure though) that they have power because they give it to each other and wish to give it to us.
