    @nerthos I installed a new type of mining hardware. One of the units was defective and caused the ports on one of the powered hubs to fuse, melt and burn through the case. The attached devices were at least unharmed, but the hub died. The defective unit actually replicates the effect (Or at least disables the port) on any USB port you connect it to
