@nerthos You would be surprised how often the parents win in these cases.... the jury is not informed of the harassment FIRST HAND of such things.... it sucks for there are laws in PLACE to protect children, I agree wall kids have the right to an education but the "No Child Left Behind" Program is flawed and promotes uncanny behavior!
