@spots I'm 28 and I have trained myself to eat 5 small meals a day, stuff like a plain chicken breast, scrambled eggs, a cube of cheese, or nuts and berries. Then, on the weekends, I do whatever the hell I want and I usually stay around the same weight, I'd say about 180.
