What the hell does the inciation ( level ) of care of veterans have to do with anything if you are talking about sending them to "normal civilian hospitals" instead of military ones for corrective sirgury ( and quality of life increasing sirgury ) ... I fear that tomorrow is going to be a goshdarn long talk at the conferance table... A WAY TOO LONG ONE... I am not getting paid enough for that crap :o
