@yodelerty You know, in Aristotle's book on ethics his opening statement is something along the lines of "Human beings all strive towards happiness". None of us want to do things that will make us sad, that's counter intuitive. But motivation also goes hand in hand with effort. I really want you to keep doing those non-zero days like I told you about, because then you at least be making an effort.
