@caret7 Ah, my viewing experience with anime is actually pretty front-loaded. Most of the shows I've seen have been from the past 2 decades, but I am familiar with a few anime from the 80s and early 90s (off the top of my head some anime that I've really enjoyed from that period have been Angel's Egg, Akira, and a bunch of stuff by Studio Gainax and Studio Ghibli). There are definitely several shows from that period that I still need to get through though, but I'm not sure when I'll get around to them.
