    @stumperman07 Yeah. It was first injected into random people who were put on stage. Apparently, it was very entertaining to them back then (and now too, -David After Dentist-). But nopony knew it could numb pain when a random guy injured his leg badly on stage, and didn't react to it. A scientist was in the crowd, and he decided to try it out on his surgery patients. And that's how Equestria was made!
