@zachariastargazer Most of us, and I think you will too, will change and adapt as we grow older, becoming socially well-adjusted. I'm sure the psychiatrist I had when I was younger would be ecstatic if she saw how "normal" I've become. There's hope. I'm not saying you should sit back and wait until you get older, if you act in ways that cause others to avoid you and that you yourself feel bad about, then you should try to take a step back and try to act in a more agreeable manner. But don't beat yourself over the head endlessly when you have a fallback and suddenly find that you have attention-whored a bit too much, because it will happen. Just try your best and as maturity comes it'll be easier. :)
