    One could assume that Amazon, as a business that started with selling books, should know how to handle books for delivery, so they don't get smushed, bent, creased, dented, or scratched. I was ordering RPG books and almost every time I had to send back damaged books for replacement. Soft cover, hard cover. Both were affected by bad handling and packaging.
