@fallinwinter Abuse is the standard in my workplace. Here's a representative example: My doctor pulled me out of work for two weeks following a stress induced mental breakdown and partial suicide attempt: The very first day I was off work, I woke up to 10 missed calls and a bunch of kiwiy emails on my blackberry about me not fixing their problems. The entire time I was off work as a result there was a general tone of "How dare you" in all communications with me. Despite being fully aware of the circumstances of my (ongoing) mental illness, nobody in management has made any effort to remedy the situation that caused it.
