Keep a book and a pen by your bed, and write down EVERYTHING you remember about your dreams as soon as you wake up. Over time, the act of doing this exercises your brain and boosts your natural dream recall. It will seem like you're dreaming more often, but really, you're just remembering more of them. You have to do this as soon as you wake up. Within 5 minutes of waking, 90% of dream content is forgotten unless revisited.
