    @shalabajza I've learned all the technique I care about from my current guitar teacher, who plays bluegrass stuff professionally. Understandably, I didn't want to learn that. Now I just mess around. I've reached the level of proficiency I want to, now I just need to mess around to learn everything else. Look up some tabs, play them to my roommate's less-than-stellar singing. It works out.
