If you know the commands well and if your creative, you can build anything, from say to a gigantic realistic looking island to a giant sodacan with a little bit of work. It's also got practical tools, such as fixing water/lava (it replaces flowing with still and fills gaps in bodies of liquid) and griefing fixing tools.
