    Buffalo pot roast going into the oven. I preheat the oven to 500F then season the roast with garlic, rosemary, sage & thyme. Then surround with potatoes & onions before putting in the oven. I then turn down the oven to 275F and bake for about 2 hours! http://ur1.ca/43ftp
