  1. @macpony55 @fallinwinter If I remember right, caffeine affects your hypothalamus. That's the part of the brain that's sort of like your body's system clock. It tends to set it at a certain rate. For most of us, that rate is higher than normal, so we're overclocked, feeling more alert and maybe a bit hyper. For others, though, that new rate is *lower*. That's why caffeine can make some people tired. Weird, huh?
