@extremelyextreme I can put examples of countries: US, China, etc. But that's not what I meant. I said "They were invented to JUSTIFY laws" So, they're a way to say "you should do that, and not that other thing" But, that was thousands of years ago, and, with the intelectual differences between the most bright and most dumb individuals, it's easy now to modify these two concepts for convenience.
