I already had the LCD break... set me back $25, plus $20 for service. and I think I'll get a new battery, as this one can't hold a charge by now (I spend WAY too much time on youtube), though my contract ends in May, so I can just wait till I can get either a Motorola RAZR or a Samsung Galaxy S II
