    If this site is being hosted in the US, then this website is going to be siezed by the US ICE. That's not good. If this site is hosted elsewhere, then the US will not have access to it. The blackout is meant to raise awareness about SOPA/PIPA for those who don't know about it, or don't know its impact. Some people here know about it, but just don't care.
