Please note: It's alpha software so it: Contains bugs, doesn't update anything but the public timeline, doesn't show location or incontext, doesn't let you favorite, doesn't let you repeat messages, may make your computer explode and/or may take over your computer turning it into a self replicating robot that may take over Earth.
