@sim The thing is, it doesn't require any special cleaning method. Otherwise I would have probably had some sort of irritation at least at some point in the last 25 years. I never had any, even when I was a kid and tended to try to avoid baths because they were annoying like many male kids do. They probably had unprotected sex with someone who had some sort of infection or bacteria or used some lube or lotion that the body reacted poorly against.

@sim Basically your own body's fluids won't infect you. Without foreign substances it's extremely hard to get any sort of reaction. If you for example read about war prisoners and the like that were held without being able to shower for weeks or months, or those that escaped concentration camps by walking every day for weeks, they had all kinds of medical conditions but infections down there weren't a prevalent thing at all.

@sim I truly don't know how dirty you must be to get an infection down there. mangoes don't get infected easily, you'd have to ignore showering for weeks and put your pee pee in weird places for that to happen. The only area that doesn't have proper skin is the urethral opening so it's much more resistant "to the elements" than female genitalia.
