This site seems to be getting faster and faster. When I visited a little while ago, it was much slower compared to how fast it was shortly after its inception, but now it is faster. Apart from the recent drama about the site ownership, has anything interesting or notable happened?

I cannot believe that this site is jumping on the ridiculous, sensationalist bandwagon based around ignorance. that is "KONY". I suspect that people who give attention to this movement are simply those desperately looking for something to belong to, but who do not wish to put in effort into finding a worthwhile cause. This campaign will not change anything. In fact, it might provoke unrest and instability in the very country that they are trying to protect the interests of. I urge you to inform yourself and to not let yourself be swayed by sensationalism and propaganda. Seek the truth and justice. Do not seek to simply belong to a popular cause. What the Invisible Children movement are advocating would only make the situation worse. Less than one third of the funds that the organization has gathered went to African charities. @doates With an issue as complex as this, jumping on any bandwagon without reading around first is definitely a mistake. I'm not sure what I think, but I know that I don't trust Invisible Children one bit, and would strongly advise others to donate to other groups.

@ceruleanspark @doates Wonderful to see that whoever is running the site is paying attention. If only there was a more informative and less sensationalist article or documentary to present the situation to the masses, as well as an organization that will be more sincere.

@ceruleanspark I'm sorry if none of you like me. Maybe I should just kill the server. You know, I did make the place out of bordom and it was fun. Now you use the site as if your life depended on it, and get angry with me when it isn't up/somethingswrong/can't do anything right/etc. My dream of running a popular website just turned into a nightmare, and none of you are making it any better. I am sorry if I was being cold and callus about planning killing the site, but I eventually need to focus on my life and play the damn game of adult, since I now have a job that actually requires me to be one. Shutting down the site was manning up to the fact that "I can't pay". I don't think either of you understand the horrible stress that I go through to make people happy, I myself play off the stress to maintain my zen, that is why you view me as incompetent. I am happy to serve your needs today, but mine need to be served first. Despite my bitterness, You are still being considered for admin.

@cabal I appreciate what you're doing now for this site, especially considering the amount of frustrtion you must experience from people like me crying "fire!" and running wildly about. But honestly since I have only been on this site for a handful of days, I wasn't aware of who you are and what you do for RDN. What I say may not mean much since I'm more or less a complete stranger here, I wish to say that this will be my favorite social network site for ponies, even if it has to shut down, because this site is user-friendly and I can't make a lick of sense of the other sites I've tried (I'm social-site challenged). When it comes to things as big as this, it's impossible to receive the amount of gratitude you're actually due because the positive consequences of this site from what I've heard are profound. This here is my personal thanks to you, now that I know you are responsible for RDN in the first place, and I'm glad I am able to say that now before it's (possibly or not!) too late.

Okay, everypony. @purpletinker and I are currently discussing the future of the site. As far as I know we are not going down at this time. Remain calm. This is practically a cornorstone of the fandom that needs not shutdown, but new leadership (ie, has money to blow).

I hate my kiwiing life. I'm a goddamn failure. I'm 22 years old and I work at a fast food joint. This is the only job I have ever had I will probably never get a better one. My co-worker verbally harasses me all day. If I told my boss, he would cut my already low salary. All that kiwi face cares about is money. Outside of work, I don't do anything. My best friend is mentally retarded, but I suppose that is better then nothing. I am in love with one of my neighbors who moved in from the south, but I'm sure she hates me too. murdock. @pony Miss Tinker has been nothing but forthcoming when it came to releasing the data to other projects she was hosting. (For instance, the Bronycon site itself). Once Cabal can get ahold of her it should be no issue at all. It's literally two files. (or to be accurate, an archive and a file)
