  1. @purpletinker how did the con go?

  2. @yodelerty We don't neccessarily have to flood them with emails either; we just need a representative (such as @sethisto or @purpletinker) with a lot of support (and maybe some numbers) backing them

  3. @yodelerty @redstreak And that's why we need to figure out a legitimate, constructive means of convincing them. @sethisto and @purpletinker , due to their influence, are in the best position to do so, and are both well versed in remaining civil, level headed and (above all else) convincing.

  4. @yodelerty frankly I think this is something that needs to be discussed with @sethisto , @purpletinker and maybe a couple other big names who might carry more influence than us. If either one of them were to start petitioning (or something), they could probably gather a lot more support more quickly than any other individuals

  5. @purpletinker is up at 5:50AM sending out emails for BroNYcon. That's dedication!

  6. @zach Why not? @thatonepony {uninformative posts} I find my post most informative. If you disagree, take it up with @purpletinker

  15. @purpletinker Happy new year! I took the Apple II game prototype and saved it as a disk image - you'll find it along with its source and a short note from me here: http://mortmain.de/share/kk/rbdattack.zip I hope you will have time to check it out before you head off to BC. Cheers!

  19. @purpletinker It's not something that really deserves press; just some laggy game with a few pixels representing RBD. But since you liked AppleIIJack, you might like it, too. I will toss you a copy once I get back home the day after tomorrow. Happy new year until then!

  20. @purpletinker I love the calendar! Will y'all be selling the images perhaps as miniposters/prints later? I already have waaaaay too many calendars... Or I guess I could buy one and cut it up and frame things...

  21. @purpletinker I also have a game prototype lying around, Robot Unicorn Attack style. It's too slow, though, so I was about to translate it into machine code, hoping to get better results. If you are interested, I can toss you a copy of that, too. However, it's hardly pony in it's current state.

  22. @purpletinker I'm already doing that! The last one I sold went for $49 - quite a profit!

  24. @purpletinker I can't make BroNYcon (darn geography) but I might just have to order one if there's anything left after christmas and textbooks.

  26. @purpletinker Darn, too bad. I already managed some cool stuff but if it's broken it can't be helped. I didn't want the Apple II anyway and would have tried to get some autographs instead, given I won. Oh well, maybe some other time. Good luck with the event, though! And one of the first things I did: http://img.ponibooru.org/_images/b4a492fecb785350bd37cdd09523eb07/80034%20-%20apple%20appleII%20applejack.png

  27. @purpletinker hey there, I sent you an email a few days ago but either you have been busy or it didn't get through. So just to be sure, have some copypasta: I was planning on entering the AppleII programming contest for the upcoming BronyCon. However, I have some questions: - Which emulator are you using? Any special settings? - Will the winner be announced during the con? - Will the game be shown live 'on stage'? - If so, what are the chances that someone is filming this and uploading it somwhere? Thanks already for your work, it's appreciated even though I cannot attend. Why must New York be so far away? :( Cheers!

  28. @purpletinker That's not exactly was I meant... as in any problem due to different views on a point, at least I believe, and it has worked marvels for me, that ambigous talking is the best course of action, for anyone can understand what they want while not necesarily banning something nor lying.

  29. @purpletinker well, i'm not a great fan of these puplic porn myself, but i do not think my judgment is absolute, so i think should do what they want as long as it is not causing any bad to the others
