@randomkid There's a distinct lack of anything which onomatopoeia might describe as "clop" in my household.

@randomkid I... ehmm... I think we sooner get to see a combination of BattleTech & Fallout & Metro2033 to be honest. Although I am pretty sure the dates will be a tad different. Also in Battlefield 2142 they were not fighting to rebuild society, they were fighting for the last places of habitable land. But hey, theories are theories.

@randomkid Actually, up untill he brought up Youtube, I was sure I was talking to myself.

@randomkid There once was a company called Nintendo, they pretty much single handedly dug the market out of the video game crash of 1984. They did so by only allowing games they liked to carry the chip they produced which allowed the games to play on their machine. Fast foward to the Wii, the thing sold over 80 million times, leaving the PS3 and the XboX360 in the dirt. Nintendo was still pretty much not giving away easy access to release a game on their console. But Sony and Microsoft evolved their online platforms to include indie developers ( still not really easy, but more accessible than Nintendo ), and yes it was a long and bumpy ride. But inevitably it was the downfall for the next console of Nintendo. Now can you guess what Nintendo's ideology was when making their consoles ?

@randomkid Suppose you want something, and you know what to say in order to get it, and more importantly what not to say. You might want to play your cards in order to get what you want. Now in normal conversations it is not always 100% sure what your conversation partner is after. But I am pretty sure you were looking for at least some sort of reaction back there.

@randomkid Most people do thing they have tried before to gain something. It does not always work... *thinks about poor Nintendo*

@randomkid I'm sorry. But life is an endless struggle of trying to find balance between the things you want, the things that make you happy, the things that need to be done, and the things that make other people happy.
