@policeman Being more honest, the fandom has actually pushed me away from it lately with some of the shenannigans occuring. It was nice to spend a "normal" evening out with some close brony friends without it turning into an "OMG PONIES" fest.

@policeman Being honest, I went for the music. Getting to meet her was just icing on the damn cake. I didn't realise she was so down-to-earth about her fans! ^_^ (though I'm sure a crowd of screaming Otaku Brony Fanboys would have sent her running for the hills... hence why we played it casual. Our shirts were mostly zipped/buttoned up until she made the comment about one of our shirts.)

@scribus The best part? We went super low-key and just enjoyed the music, and let her notice the shirts and make the first comment. Get it while it's awesome. They're offering it as "Pay what you can" at the concerts to make sure everyone goes home with a copy. I'd wager and say that Hey Ocean! is almost better in concert than they are recorded... The sound is surreal. !ottawabronies
