pickups would be Hearts, and coins(bits) dropped by enemies. hearts heal you bits are currency, other health items would be like apples and other food stuff.

@abigpony I saw that vid, I was actually planning on making a mockup gameplay(scripted) vid myself for my comp animation 3 class. Going to make the mockup in 3ds max and include hud elements, pickup examples, ect.

@abigpony my idea was for a 3d one, and you could have the top hair and back hair different as well as a different tail, meaning spiky in the back curly in the front with a long straight tail

My idea is that it would take place in Equestria but everyone designs their own pony from a few hair styles tail styles(don't have to match) colors ect. and the main "villian" would be the darkness that i've seen someponies mention as being the reason for Luna going bad, it would be trying to take over Equestria and would create blobs and stuff to attack, Pegasi ponies would be able to use stamina for flying and running, Unicorn ponies could use Stamina for magic and running, and Earth Ponies could use Stamina for running and a charge attack(double running speed for a short distance)
