@partycrash Actually, back when Cabal was still on Dreamhost I expressed interest in providing hosting for RDN, but I never heard back from him with some rather crucial questions about disk/bandwidth/memory usage. If I had that to do over again, I would've just gone for it and made whatever upgrades I needed afterward.

@ponydude2143 actually yes, it's been standard since the dawn of HTML. It's an extremely obscure tag that was meant for marking postal addresses.

I suppose for future reference or whatever I'll post how the mane page looks for me without any layout tweaks. I have the window sized in such a way that I can fit two browser windows side-by-side comfortably. (I'll also point out that the vast majority of websites have no layout issues at this size.) http://ur1.ca/509i0

@partycrash How so? Make a clone of RDN? That would be unproductive unless I also convinced everypony here to move there instead. Also, I wouldn't want to do that.

@ponydude2143 it's because that column to the right is unnecessarily narrow. Also, resizing the window smaller than 1024px wide will break everything as it is, because of all the added tabs ("Meetups", "Forums", etc.) - I even sent a suggestion, with both a mockup and working HTML, that would fix it and make everything line up, but it never happened. :\

@derpy I know, every single time Purple Tinker messes with the layout, it gets more broken. Now we have this ridiculous amount of empty space and the "public timeline" header is halfway down my screen. I wrote a GM script to cut out a bunch of that stuff to make it sensible again.
