Thanks for the #help and #support yesterday and the pointers to try IRC for problems with #gnusocial - I have typed up the issue in to a #pastebin and have posted to IRC. While I wait for some advice there, is anyone in the #fediverse able to help with our #bug ? @lambadalambda - Creator of Pleroma FE and Pleroma BE. Knows their banana. Worth a check at the very least.
@moonman - He is very knowledgable about GNUSocial and obv. runs his own instance. He has helped me personally on a number of occasions. -
It seems parent::handle() in GrouplogoAction::handle() in lib/groupaction.php is something wrong and thus uploading group logo fails. !gnusocial

(Jag vill samtidigt som jag halvt skämtar om detta fråga ifall det faktiskt finns sådan delay eller om det, som jag misstänker, bara är seg telefon/uppkoppling hos kunden som orsakar denna delay. Vanligtvis brukar ju folk flippa ur om det tar 1-2s att ladda en hemsida typ) -

#AndStatus v.33.08 is available for beta testing at https://github.com/andstatus/andstatus/issues/456 1. First of all: simplified creation of a new Social Network for #Mastodon and #GNUSocial users. 2. "Favorites" timeline is now syncable for all types of social networks. It's set to be synced automatically by default for new installations. If you upgraded existing installation, you will need to go to the "Manage Timelines" menu item in the Timeline action bar and set "Sync" flag for "Favorites" timelines of all accounts. 3. Fixed syncing and showing of "Friends" and "Followers" timelines. Please try them! 4. Accuracy of the "Relative time" (... ago) increased. Now you will see "... minutes ago" up to 2 hours, then "... hours ago" up to 2 days, then "... days ago" up to three months and then - any number of "months ago". So no more "more than a year ago" for all old messages. 5. The first fix for: Occasionally message context menu doesn't wor…

@maloki It's interesting that a couple of years ago we discussed a generic term for our networks (including #GNUSocial and #PumpIo), and that time I came to conclusion that "Social network" is far better term than "Microblogging".
