!vancouverbronies Hey all! Pardon the repost. I need some help. I'm trying to get a hold of a UBC Engineers Red Jacket (size small, with a custom name badge) to give as a gift to an Alumnus. Problem is I'm way over on the East Coast in the US. Any chance I can enlist one of you to do the footwork for me (I'll cover all expenses)? It's for Bronycon, so too much later in the month and I won't be able to get it together in time.

@underdogbassist !vancouverbronies As far as I know, there aren't any poll feature on RDN. I personally think Facebook are better for organizing event and RDN are better for announcement. Or maybe there are hidden function that I didn't know RDN has.

!vancouverbronies If we do choose June 23rd for the BBQ, it will have to be in place of the Bamboo Cafe meetup. We can iron out the details this Saturday though. (but also don't forget the Cos & Effect Pinkiequest is still on for Late August)

@underdogbassist !vancouverbronies People are voting on Facebook and here is the link https://www.facebook.com/groups/399904186700708/ People are posting the important detail on RDN since it's our homebase and all. The document says they will finalize the date and place of the event this Saturday (June 2) probably at the Joyce station meetup.

@thepuzzldpirate !vancouverbronies I was thinking Fraser Foreshore Park in Burnaby might be a nice spot for something at some point. I used to work near there. The 116 (runs from Metrotown to Edmonds) goes right by it.

@thepuzzldpirate !vancouverbronies However, out of the two available right now, I'd vote for Kits because it is easier to get to by transit. You get off at Burrard Skytrain and take the 32 bus towards Dunbar. You just get off at the pool.
