@colfax Even the recommended dose is toxic. There isn't a "safe" amount of acetaminophen. It is strictly for emergencies when the toxic effects are acceptable compared to the alternative (typically in the case of a dangerously high fever).

@ceruleanspark The way I see it, if you aren't trying to push the belief on other people and the belief isn't doing any harm, and you're still able to recognize that it's not really reality, then there's no reason why it must be abandoned. Especially if it helps you through the day.
