@darcyblue Oh well, a disappointment, sure but not much you can do. It's going to be a bit shaky since it's the first meeting at a place most of us have never been to but I'll try to use my (not really existent) big man voice to try and help you keep a handle on it. Maybe even threaten a trip to the moon if need be!

!calgarybronies @darcyblue I'm 22, seems to be the average age group so there should be no problem with us getting along =D I may actually be able to make it this weekend, I'm not positive at this point - if not then next time for sure. I'll also give a shout about this to the bronies I know who don't use this site.

!calgarybronies @phoenisxwift @darcyblue thanks for the directional info, that helps as I`m pretty bad at reading maps. (oh the shame...) I will definitely bring snacks then! If people want anything in specific let me know and I can try to accommodate. Keeping in mind I`ll be traveling public transit, and will be carrying everything!

!calgarybronies @darcyblue I`m 23 as well and am relieved to hear your the same age, I thought I would be the oldest there. Just out of curiosity do you know is there is a C-train station near by? I`ll look it up later on calgary transit though. Also I`m sorry if I missed it but is there a general time people plan to arrive at? I`ll bring some snacks if people would like that, pinky pie it up! :)

@darcyblue Oh not a problem! I was messing with Google Docs earlier, which is how I came up with the idea. Took me all of 10 minutes to whip up and it's incredibly useful. Happy to lend a hoof!

@darcyblue !calgarybronies hey this weekend is good for me. i have a car and plenty of free time to just tell me when it is and i will be there. 5 dollars to get in sounds good and i like the donation box thing too cause like i said i want to help fund this. as for the fish creek thing i actually meant that we could do it a little later after we had a few meetings, should have said that didnt think everypony would be so into it. i thnk having sentry box as an hq is a good idea and every second saturday is good too.

@darcyblue !calgarybronies We can try for a standard every-two-weeks or something, and maybe those who miss one can make the next and meet them then? Just throwing ideas around. As for times, Saturday works for me during the day, I have plans at around 7PM almost every Saturday, but Sunday I have a whole day free, guess we'll see.

@darcyblue !calgarybronies we could have a huge BBQ down at fish creek park. this was an idea i thought of doing a while ago, everyone could bring some snacks or a pack of hotdogs or something and we could all hang out and play games and stuff.

@darcyblue !calgarybronies Just the earlier stuff that I pointed out before at the moment. Kind of simple get togethers like a park, or somepony's place if it's big enough, I guess. Haven't got any new ideas yet but I'll post 'em here if I come up with anything else!

!calgarybronies @darcyblue sentry box sounds cool to meet at. i am free every weekend so no problem with sundays and i have car so i can go anywhere. as for fee it is no problem and i was thinking i could help fund this if you want, i am not short on cash and could donate a bit of cash to you if this is going to be a long term thing, i know it wont be cheap doing this alone. also if you need any help with anything i would be happy to do what i can to get this thing going. as for the special talents thing. i am a weapons collector and history buff it that counts and i am good at information collection and research i guess.

@darcyblue I work weekends and am not in the city. I may be able to beg a ride in out of my mom if I'm not working when it happens, but I don't drive. Me and my friend both want to go but she is also out of Calgary from the summer.
