@getacutiemark The Gauss rifle, or coilgun, works by electromagnets that energize and deenergize in a cycle. The only problem with it is the complexity to build a controller for the cycle.

@getacutiemark It's basically the best weapon. Easy to build, only theorically limited by the raw power you're able to feed it.
