@futt found the issue. locale/sv.json don't exist, and my Qvitter tries to load that and fails due to my browser language settings

@hannes2peer @taknamay I have noticed this issue as well on my instance for what it is worth, it is just not a huge issue to me personally because groups are not widely-used by people on my instance.
