@kadziet oh, get you... Ok, try press the "Alt" Key and the "F2" key at the same time, then a windows comes up, type in "Team Viewer"

@kadziet if you got the Ubuntu One, then go in the upper conner, and then use the text box, and start type Team Viewer, then you see it

@kadziet Hmm, if you can install Time Viewer, I can connect remotly to your Desktop, and check the logs, for you...

@kadziet oh, ok, hmm, how old is your Ubuntu? maybe its somthing like the adobe flashplayer, or a memory problem... You can if you start the Laptop, also run a memory self test
