@mrmattimation In my state the Lotto money helps to fund schools. It's earmarked for crap like football jerseys and Pepsi machines and literally everything but books or computers or salaries, but it's there!

Who is to blame for this shutdown is up for debate, but the fact stands tall that 1) Republicans control thr WH and both houses of Congress, so they shouldn’t have let this happen 2) a bi-partisan deal to avoid the shutdown was presented to the President by a bi-partisan team which included Republicans AND Democrats, which he rejected, and 3) Republicans weren’t even able to get all of their OWN Senators on board with the plan that was passed by the House.

does this happen to anyone else?? I bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla last month, and since using it I’ve become basically inept at driving anything bigger. I had to drive a Dodge Journey crossover a couple of nights ago and I was a hot mess on the road, even backing out of the parking spot was terrible because it doesn’t have a rear-view camera.
