But seriously, you may lose interest in the obsession, but from my observations, MLP thanks to current gen is like Star Wars hitting theatres for the first time. It has permanently changed our language, people know who and what we are, and as sappy as it sounds the show builds a foundation upon which we will continue to rest, long after the show ends.
