@lyrica lol that is a prob with most servers... thats why when I got this one I made sure it has a PCIE x16 slot (alot harder to find then i thought)

@noirbatch Eh. Mine's a laptop, and it still plays just about any game that I've thrown at it this far, so (given that was the only thing I couldn't already do on a laptop before this one) I don't see any compelling reason to continue to have a desktop machine once my present one (similar spec, except with an older Core 2 Quad) eventually dies. I mean, if I need it to be on a solid surface, I can just put it on the desk. :)

@bitshift True, I just love how powerful I can make a desektop. Since I work with large editing projects, after effects, and maya. my laptop seems to get a little overwhelmed with renders

so, how did everypony here discover RDN itself? I know i discovered it before a trip to boston. i decided i wanted to join something like this, but that i had to finish season 1 and what was there of 2 before i did. My whole trip to Boston was full of pony. I joined the day after i got back.
