@techdisk The batteries, yeah. Also 30 bucks for a durable mouse, I can't go wrong but like I said, I don't have any cash on me. I might get some after we rear beetles and sell them to collectors.

And with the fact the mouse uses different amounts of amperage at different times, a simple resistor will not work to lower the voltage properly. Ohm's law, Voltage equals current times resistance, shows that only having a resistor to drop the voltage in a constantly changing current will make the voltage constantly change. Also, 9 volts down to 1.5 is a lot of wasted power from heat.

@northernnarwhal I never actually read the fanfic, but Fallout is one of my favorite games. Heck, I still play Fallout 3 to this day. Can't wait till their game releases. They are doing something that is far beyond what I was expecting when I first saw the project.

@deadmadness665 I actually originally read it due to a bet I lost at the time but ended up enjoying it a fair bit, but that was around 3 years ago and my tastes have changed since then. That being said, I am also a fan of Fallout game series. My personal favourite is probably New Vegas.
