@critialcloudkicker I have broad shoulders and semi-big (lol what.) legs. We all have this body constructions that seems to delude us as fit until we notice that lump in our bodies when we sit down.

@critialcloudkicker Your routine helps your fitness. But my aim is a little different to yours. You see, I was borderline obese back then, I aimed to weight as much muscle compared to fat. Plus I hate sweating while simply walking. So, to put advice to your routine, simply weight lift for 10-20 minutes before you recuperate (sleep, nap, chill). :)

@northernnarwhal @criticalcloudkicker Thanks. But... how can I say this, I don't have any photos with me before. As well as after. I weight myself bi-weekly and I lift weights every day. Hmmm, okay, this sounds so vague to put in perspective it's not believable. I'm sorry, I'll try to find my class picture for you.
