  1. @critialcloudkicker Your routine helps your fitness. But my aim is a little different to yours. You see, I was borderline obese back then, I aimed to weight as much muscle compared to fat. Plus I hate sweating while simply walking. So, to put advice to your routine, simply weight lift for 10-20 minutes before you recuperate (sleep, nap, chill). :)
