          1. @rarity Imagine a parent, having tried really hard to remember the details of that super cool toy their kid wants, falling afoul of a toy swapper; imagine the look on the child's face when they get some beat-up looking older toy instead of the one they really wanted.

            1. @thelastgherkin I'd simply take the toy back to the shop as a parent. As a kid I wouldn't have minded much knowing that the situation would be rectified. If I were a toy store owner, however, I'd hopefully have kept the swapper's information.
