      1. @critialcloudkicker Need humanity. Bonfire cannot be kindled further.

        1. @nerthos I know that we need it, still sometimes it makes me weep. Still better than just blindly agreeing with everything humanity does though. < this is where sheeple come from

          1. @critialcloudkicker Honestly the concept of "humanity" as a moral or philosophical concept is absolutely ridiculous to me. Humanity is simply a biological condition.

            1. @nerthos Humanity is a predictable "entitiy". And you can actually predict the moves of the masses to a small degree. They are interesting, and they can be scary, the individuals who try to stir the pot make me weep for humanity though.

              1. @critialcloudkicker I endorse individuals who through merit and will take control of the masses

                1. @nerthos You can never take control of "a mass". But you can "control" a portion of it.

                  1. @critialcloudkicker As long as it steers towards where you want them to go, in practice, you're in control.

                    1. @nerthos Yes but you can't steer everyone. You can control the majority though. But there will always be those who do not agree with you. or Anarchists.

                      1. @critialcloudkicker If you're powerful enough, you can, for better or worse, eliminate them.

                        1. @nerthos Too bad the anarchists of today will not be the anarchists of tomorrows idea. Also... you know what happned to Saddam Hussein. Now I am not going to say he is an awesome person or anything, but to row that far into an ocean with a broken paddle, yea I am sure he did somehting "right"

                              1. @critialcloudkicker I do read a lot of stuff on history, it's just that nothing so far has led me to read about him

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 19:37:08 UTC from web
                                1. @nerthos He was a guy keeping 5 different tribes from murdering eachother by sheer force of fear and intimidation. I'd count that as "hardcore"

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 19:46:35 UTC from web
                                  1. @critialcloudkicker Sounds pretty badass to me. I always gave him th benefit of doubt since he was targeted by the oil hounds, meaning he wasn't quite as bad as the media portrayed him.

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 19:48:07 UTC from web
                                    1. @nerthos Ah, media. The hounds whom are proclaiming Barrack Obama to be weak and silly on both sides of the ocean. And whom are phraising Putin all at the same time

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 19:49:24 UTC from web

                                        1. @nerthos More like egotistical maniacal jerk whom we would never see in "fair light" as long as he sits on the proverbial throne

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 19:51:43 UTC from web
                                          1. @critialcloudkicker He still could beat up pretty much every other president in a fistfight.

                                                1. @nerthos As has the old prime minister of the Netherlands. Also Sweden if I am not mistaken. And the guy from Mexico. That did not mean they absolutely sucked. The best method to preserve the image still being as awesome is by not letting anyone cover the contrary of that fact. Now I am not saying Putin could not beat up Obama in a fair battle of fisticuffs. But I am saying we will never find out what Putin has left in him.

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 19:59:37 UTC from web
                                                  1. @critialcloudkicker Yeah but you won't see the Netherlands or Sweden getting into kiwi with other countries any time soon, unlike the bad countries.

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 20:02:20 UTC from web
                                                    1. @nerthos I do not think that there is any chance EVER that 1 prime minister takes on a sparring match of anything physical with another prime minister. Except if they become the bestest of best friends or something. And they they will probably do it when there is no media present.

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 20:04:42 UTC from web
                                                      1. @critialcloudkicker And what does that have to do with anything? We all know they're all cowards

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 20:07:27 UTC from web
                                                        1. @nerthos Pretty much that they will not allow themselves to be seen in a bad light, especially versus another country. Having "commoners" and "plebs" battle it out in a "friendly competition" of sports is one thing. But leaders should be portrayed as strong, and powerfull, no matter how they actually are. This is more true in Europe than in South- and North- America. And even more true in any part of Europe west of the Berlin wall. Putin will be portrayed as a topless bronze god on a pearly white horse, even if he is a coward. People will idolize him because of what is known of him, not of what he is. And manipulation of the information how you are known is what keeps him famous.

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 20:12:03 UTC from web
                                                          1. @critialcloudkicker The thing is, countries of today have presidents and prime ministers, but they don't have actual leaders. An actual leader would propose a one on one fight with another leader rather than a war, for example, and wouldn't go around surrounded by bodyguards like some scared merchant. I think the only leaders left today are figures like the Pope.

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 20:18:20 UTC from web
                                                            1. @nerthos It's either have bodyguards or get shot though

                                                              1. @mastertdi With less money than the security budget of most heads of state you can basically buy power armor.

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 20:23:13 UTC from web

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 20:24:53 UTC from web

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 20:27:29 UTC from web

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 20:30:28 UTC from web

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 20:48:23 UTC from web

I mean, I've put on actual steel plate armor and it isn't half as uncomfortable as people make it out to be. And it has literally no flexibility, whilst modern anti bullet armor does have some.

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 20:49:34 UTC from web

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 20:51:52 UTC from web
                                                                            1. @nerthos KCT pretty much teaches you to anticipate the intelligence that is leaked to your enemy so you can counter-anticipate what they are anticipating. What they never anticipate is a few more AP rounds and less tracert-rounds in handcannons and PDW's... So yea... I'd say "this depends GREATLY on where you are"

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 20:55:03 UTC from web

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 20:57:30 UTC from web
                                                                                1. @nerthos I would, especially if I were going to assassinate someone behind heavy security, ready a silencer which is not made out of metal/heavy-carbon. And only have as many hollowpoints as I knew it was going to take me for the absolute maximum, the rest would be AP/HP, or even HEAP if it existed for handpistols/handcannons. Also, I thought it was .22 caliber AP weapons that were really in favour with asassins.

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 21:01:37 UTC from web
                                                                                  1. @critialcloudkicker But can you pierce real bullet protection (I'm talking ceramic reinforced kevlar or the like) with a non-metal handheld gun? That's the thing.

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 21:04:20 UTC from web
                                                                                    1. @nerthos You do not need a metal gun to properly use something as a gun, there are only a few components that should be made from metal. You can make a very effective revolver with just a drum, hammer, and muzzle made from metal. And a silencer for 1, maybe 2 shots can be made with a bottle of coca cola ( the small ones ), and even more if you have the patience to load it up with a sponge. ... Still if you wanna kill someone, a gun might not even be the most effective method...

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 21:09:34 UTC from web

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 21:10:39 UTC from web

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 21:14:11 UTC from web

You know there is no such thing right ? The main problem actual 'baddies run into is usually money. If you really want something done, and you have unlimited funding, it will be done. Whether by some elaborate plan, or a suicide bomber. Funding is the cornerstone of every security versus anti-security.

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 21:19:21 UTC from web

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 21:20:26 UTC from web

If not, well, if I can kill an entire praetorian guard squadron, I recon you would not be too much of a problem

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 21:26:39 UTC from web

Since eventually seeing so much death around you because of a fanatic anti-you home grown terrorist cell you'd have a burn out or something. We'd win.

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 21:36:31 UTC from web

Eventually the common people will start to riot in the streets, unhappy with their leader, he whom can not even protect himself

Total war against me is always a bad idea. As long as I consider my cause just, which I'll always do if the fight is started by defending an attack, there's no limits to the engagement. If I have to purge a city because it is hiding terrorists, I'll do it without doubting it for a second.

The only reason the pope has so much control is because he is the head of a massive set of cults. I believe the last "true leaders" as you call it died out far too quickly somewhere in the middle ages. Ofcourse this was also when "countries" were as big as, lets say a third of "zeeland" ( the province ) at best. Humanity ( and in turn, the masses ) have come to accept that there are no more "true leaders" but rather people we pay to govern our intentions the best to their abilities ( pay in the form of taxes )

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 20:50:45 UTC from web

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 20:51:36 UTC from web

I wouldn't say over exaggeration is the best way to describe being tongue in cheek, since it's possible to be tongue in cheek while still being subtle.

Wednesday, 11-Jun-14 20:55:07 UTC from web
