    Personally I dislike when a writing staff doesnt have a head. I like all the important episodes to be written by a showrunner or head writer or something like that. I feel like more consistency can be added in that way.

            @coltz Absolutely. Everyone's all "I miss Lauren Faust" but she didnt really do jack kiwi outside of adapting the show.
